Let’s install this first: /usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" After install completes, run brew doctor and brew update Installing MySQL and mongodb brew install mysql brew install mysql brew services start mysql mysqladmin -u root password '[some passwoord]' brew install mongodb Confirm MongoDB installed correctly by running mongo --version and ensure version info is displayed
